The Amazfit Helio Ring's availability for purchase later this year has been officially confirmed by the company. It is worth mentioning that renowned brands such as Samsung and Apple have also been rumored to be developing their own smart rings, which are anticipated to be released in the near future as well.

According to the information provided in the CES press kit, the Amazfit Helio Ring has been verified to provide 10 ATM water resistance. It is designed to assist athletes in their training and aid in their recovery process following a pause or injury.

The ring is constructed with a titanium alloy material, which ensures both durability and lightweight properties. Additionally, it is available in two sizes, with the size 10 ring weighing 3.8g and the size 12 weighing 4g.

According to reports, the Zepp App enables Amazfit Helio Ring users to effectively track various health metrics such as heart rate variability, sleeping heart rate, breathing, blood oxygen saturation level, and body temperature.

Additionally, this ring serves as a sleep-tracking device. Moreover, it is equipped with Electrodermal Activity (EDA) sensors that accurately monitor physical emotional stress indicators like sweat, providing valuable insights into the users' emotional well-being.

Similar to other fitness trackers, the Amazfit Helio Ring enables users to monitor their steps and calorie intake. However, it lacks GPS connectivity.

The ring distinguishes itself by providing insights into the user's cardiovascular health through tracking the time it takes for the heart rate to return to normal within three minutes after exercise. While the battery capacity remains unconfirmed by the company, internal testing suggests that it can last up to five days, as indicated in the FAQ document.
